Beautiful Set Of 4 Silver And Crystal Decanters By Leclerc~sold~

A Beautiful Set of 4 French Silver and Crystal Decanters or ‘Carafes’, by Maitre Orfèvre Aristide LECLERC.

As they stand smaller then wine carafes they would have been used as white aperitif or alcohol decanters, such as ‘Prune’ or ‘Questche’ cordials.
The Crystal has been wheel cut on the sides of the Carafes into lovely diamond patterns.
The bottom of the carafes are wheel cut into a star shape.

The Silver tops are decorated with the same ribbon tied reed pattern.
The neck of the decanters are circled with silver showing the same tied reeds pattern.

The work is absolutely lovely and the pieces are in brilliant condition with no chips.
They come in their original presentation box which is in fair condition.
