An Exceptionally delicate Antique French Silver And Burnt Orange Enamel Pill Box by Maitre Orfèvre André Delpy.
Circular shaped the lightly convex silver lid is embellished with a beautiful Burnt Orange Guilloché Enamel Panel which reflects a wavy radiant design emanating from the center and ringed by a white enamel line.
The sides of the lid are decorated as well with the beautiful and intact enamel.
The bottom of the box has a gorgeous guilloché work.
The interior of the box is 18 carat gold lined.

The Hallmark is Minerva 1 for 1st title Silver (950/1000) for Paris 1838/1919
The Makers Mark is for Maitre Orfèvre André DELPY, who registered his mark in 1905 and cancelled it in 1933.
His mark shows his two initials separated by a dolphin, which is a play on his last name.
His workshop was located 21 rue Bergère in Paris.
