Delicate set of Antique French Silver and crystal salt cellars by ‘Maître Orfèvre’ Ernest Eschwège.
The salt cellars are oval shaped and show a lovely cut out work on the gallery which holds the cobalt blue crystal inserts.
The Pair are charming and very refined!
The cobalt blue inserts are in perfect condition, as are the silver parts.

the Cellars come with their matching silver spoons.

The Hallmark is ‘Minerve’ 1 – 1st title (950/1000) – 1838 -1919– Paris

The Makers Mark is for ‘Maître Orfèvre’ Ernest ESCHWEGE and shows two E’s separated by a diamond shape.
The mark was registered in the 1890, and was cancelled in 1921.
Eschwege’s address was listed at 42 Rue Meslay, in Paris.
