Beautiful Silver Salt Cellars By Lapparra & Gabriel ~Sold~

A Beautiful set of four Antique French Silver Salt Cellars by ‘Maîtres Orfèvres’ LAPPARRA & GABRIEL and their matching spoons.
These lovely French Silver open salt caddies or cellars are decorated in the Louis XVI Style, a style later picked up under the Restoration period.
The Silver is cut out to reveal cobalt crystal interiors, giving the cellars a lovely touch.

The Cellars are decorated with four registers, in two different designs.
One shows a Cornucopia leaning on Music instrument, and surrounded by an oak leaf wreath.
The second showcases a Flaming Torch and a Quiver surrounded by a lovely rose’s wreath.
The upper and lower registers are carved with geometric designs.

Four dainty spoons complete the set and are original to it. The spoon bowls are shell shaped and they show a rose garland running around the tiny handles.

The salt cellars and spoons are in excellent conditions, and come in their original presentation box which features the name of the shop that sold them in Paris.
The cobalt crystal insert are intact!
The box is in good condition.
