It is really adorable and the work on it is exquisite!

The handle is in Mahogany, and the pot rests on 3 clawed feet.
The body is worked into a twisted swirling pattern with ‘Rocaille’ detailing and a light combed wave (Vague Peignee in French) effect on the bottom part of the pot.
The same twisted swirling design is used on the dome shaped lid with the same wave pattern enhancing the edge.
The Spout is in lovely duck bill shape and has a gorgeous seashell design etched at its base.
The Finial, or ‘Frétel’, is in the shape of a twisting seashell.

The sugar casket is again designed for a ‘Selfish’ service and has the exact same swirling pattern and combed waved borders effects.
The handle show a delicate rocaille style leaf pattern, while the finial showcases a seashell.

The height of the selfish coffee Pot is 7.4 inches
The height of the sugar casket is 5.1 inches
