Charming Set Of 12 French Silver individual Casseroles by Tétard Frs & Martin

Elegant Set of 12 Small Vintage French Silver Casseroles or Cassolettes by Maître Orfèvre Gustave Martin and Tetard Frères.

Done in solid silver and in the Art Deco style, these pieces were used to serve sauces hot or cold individually to the guests.
The style in its simplicity will adapt to any table setting.
They are very stable and can be used in a variety of ways.
There is a huge amount of silver with a little over a kilos, making for a rare set.
Each casserole is 4.85 inches long.

The Hallmark is ‘Minerve’ 1 (950/1000) -1st title -1919-1932 – Paris

The Makers Mark is for Tétard Frères.
It is shown as a Mark with the T Frères topped by a kettle.
The Mark was registered in 1903, taking over from Edmond TETARD.
The workshop was located 4 rue Béranger in Paris
