A very Delicate set of Antique French Silver and Crystal Salt Cellars by ‘Maîtres Orfèvres’ PAGE Freres.
These lovely French Silver open salt caddies or cellars are extremely light and delicate.
They consist of a cut white Crystal body circled by a Silver Rim decorated with a geometric fringe.
The Crystal is St Louis and beautifully worked.
We do have to mention minimal age wear on the crystal.
Four dainty spoons complete the set, decorated with a silver cut out water lily leaves and featuring the same leaf for the bowl.
The weight given above is the full weight of the set as the silver circling is not removable from the crystal part.
The spoon’s weight is 0.50 oz and are 2.76 inches long.
The measures given above are that of the salt cellars.
The Set comes in its original presentation box which is fine condition.
The Hallmark is Minerve -1st title (950/1000) – 1838 -1919 -Paris
