This woud be considered as the perfect addition to a summer meal or tea time!
A lovely and dainty Gilded Antique French Silver and Crystal ‘Verseuse’ or Pitcher. Perfect to pour out a homemade limonade or ‘orangeade’. The body is in heavy wheel cut crystal, in perfect condition. It is topped by a lovely Vermeil gilded, gadroon lined lid, which also shows water pearls designs and water lily leaves.
The lid is activated by a thumb press delicately decorated by a shell design.
The crystal is in perfect condition, the ‘vermeil’ shows a little wear but is still very present. The piece is absolutely charming.
The lid is removable hence we are able to give you both the full weight and the silver weight.
