Lovely Antique French Silver Melon Knives Set~Sold~

A lovely Antique French Silver Melon Knives Set in the Regency Style.

The silver handle is delicately worked with stylized acanthus leaves and olive branches and rosettes.
The Blade is in silver and ends in the typical curved and split Tip which characterizes the Melon Knife.

Some still argue that it may also have served to eat lobster or even cheese, but it was created specifically for Melons.
It does however also work really well for cheese, as well as of course watermelon and other fruits.

They are in great condition, no mark or losses!
