An absolutely Lovely French Silver and Crystal Liquor Service Set, by the Société Parisienne D’Orfèvrerie.
This set consists of 12 delicate glasses made of crystal and gilded silver (or Vermeil) and two refined Carafes, also made of crystal and Vermeil.
Each glass shows a solid silver lower part – decorated with a delicate laurel leaf wreath circled by a ribbon.
The crystal is delicately worked with light ridges.
The Carafes are definitely meant for liquor due to their size and show the same work on the crystal as well as the same gilded silver laurel wreath on their upper body and on the sides of the toppers.
Each shot glass stands 2.36 inches high
The Carafes are 7.89 inches high
The work is stunning due to its lightness and the pieces are in brilliant condition with no chips or losses, which is incredible due to the finesse of each glass.
They come in their original presentation box which is in very good condition.
